The Synaptics multi touchpad on the Acer VN7 goes completely erratic, or even stops working.

This can happen sometimes, randomly, after a while, temporarily, or permanently.

You might have read about treating the touchpad with all sorts of fluids, when really
 it is a software issue most of the time.

We can fix this issue by restarting the touchpad device manually using the Windows 10
 version of Microsoft's 'devcon' tool.

We can also add this to the 'Task Scheduler' and have it run automatically whenever you
 log on to Windows, or when your system gets out of sleep. This will happen invisibly
 and in the background and hopefully fixes your touchpad issues.

Do do this you open 'Task Scheduler', click 'Import task…', select the .xml file,
 then edit the path to the .cmd file.
