Simple 'echo' replacement with color support
printc

Notes:

Usage: printc "whatever [h]text [-]you like [green]using colors [-]or not

__Color codes:__

  [-] [b] [h] [d] - default, bold, highlight, dimmed

  [e] [s] [w] - error, success, warning
  [le] [ls] - error (light), success (light)

  [blink] [noblink] - depending on os

  [black] [blue] [green] [cyan] [red] [magenta] [brown] [yellow] [white]
  [lgrey] [dgrey] [lblue] [lgreen] [lcyan] [lred] [lmagenta]

  and all of the above with a postfixed 'bg' to set the
  background color, eg. [bluebg]

__Examples:__

  printc [b][bluebg]Hello, [yellow]world [b]...
  printc httpd: [lgreen]restarting
  printc [lred]error: [-]file could not be found

When 'printc' is called //without parameters// it shows nothing.
